Organisation
Pitch is set up as shown, using flat markers.
Play can start at either end.
How to Play
Red team try to play to targets (black) and defend the goal.
Grey team receive from targets and try to score in the big goal.
Reds (in possession) play inside the red discs.
Grey team can use the whole pitch, including the corner areas.
Only the Red 7 and 11 can defend in the corners.
When the Grey team have the ball, 7 and 11 drop to the outside of the back 3 (not necessarily in line).
Possible Coaching Points
2, 5 & 3 defend the width of the box - don't get dragged wide!
7 and 11 drop in when out of possession (off the line & towards the back 3).
7 and 11 to defend in wide areas (to the corner flags)!
IF 2 or 3 get draggged into corners, 4 drops in to CB.
2, 5 & 3 marking (body shape) - DON'T LOSE RUNNERS!

Supply of balls behind the end line.
How to Play
Play always start with the coach playing to one of the back 3.
The Red team try to play through the Grey team into the Red 9.
Only 7, 10 or 11 can play to the 9.
If the Grey team win the ball they try to score in the goal behind the end line.

Pace, accuracy and timing of all passes.
Movement to receive (maintain triangles).
